As a courtesy we will file dental claims and accept assignment of dental benefits when permitted by your insurance carrier. This allows us to know exactly what percentage of the claim your insurance will cover and what percentage you will be responsible for. We ask that you please be prepared to pay your copay on the day of service. Often your insurance provider will request a treatment plan and estimate to assess your benefit payment prior to treatment. We can easily accommodate this request.
